Data is better than the answer to “How are you feeling?”
I am a big fan of asking people how they are feeling on a scale from 1 to 17. Feelings are a good indication of health, but data and data trends are better.
Let’s track and log:
- Blood Oxygen Concentration 4 times a day (Do this before your diagnosis – my resting BloodOx is 95%)
- Blood Pressure 4 times a day
- Temperature 4 times a day
Take Your Meds
Follow Doctors Orders
Ask your doctor about vitamin B, vitamin D and Zinc supplements.
Go to the hospital when you feel like you need to or the doctor or a caregiver tells your to go to the hospital.
